Interview Process was broken into three session in office. In which, help me to gain knowledge on how jobs now interview individuals. I look forward to the next interview once they have a qualified position for me.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Red Clay Consulting
Interview
4 stages, first B-APT test, second behavioral interview, third technical interview, and finally a case study. All stages were 1-2 weeks apart. The interviews were easy except for the case study (fermi questions), which is needed to analyze and get profound insights.
But no use whatsoever, because after all rounds of interviews and telling you everything went well so wait for a final decision, there hasn't been a final decision made for more than 3 months now. The HR department says they are still in discussion of finalizing the candidate. One of the worst interview experiences. I do not recommend applying to this company. Do not waste your time and effort, it is not worth it. Even if you do, don't get your expectations high.
