I applied online after researching the company and hearing a positive review from an employee. I received an email asking me to take an online assessment. It was a personality and logic test that took about 30 minutes. The questions were difficult but it was unique and piqued my interest in the company.
Next I got an email from the recruiter asking about my availability for a phone interview. The interview was very informative.
The next step was a little unique. I had to take the logic/IQ test again while I was being monitored (via FaceTime) by the recruiter.
I was then asked to come in to talk to some of the team leads and management. I met with three team leads. This interview was very interesting- the team impressed me with their professionalism and how the interview was structured. One team member asked most of the questions, but the others threw some in, too. They all seemed to have a sincere interest into digging deep in order to find the right candidate for the position. Unfortunately, I was not it.
I love the fact that Relias puts so much thought into picking their team members. This is a rapidly growing company that appears to have quite a bit of room for career advancement.
