I was referred via an agency. I was asked to arrive for a mid-morning interview and to do a short presentation. The interview was held at their head office. The interview was very relaxed and the interviewer was engaging and made jokes throughout so I would be less nervous. It gave me a sense that if I was offered the job, it would be working for people who were relaxed and had a sense of humour and fun. I was asked if I could come back to meet a Director later in the afternoon for a second interview as they knew the Director had limited time and was available. I did and the Director was pleasant and welcoming and expressed shock at the outsourcing model my current employer had as it was totally the opposite to how they operate as they value their employees.
