1h interview with the growth manager who didn't seem much experienced. The questions were very broad and general. He seemed to not be convinced himself about the need for a user acquisition manager and seemed to only believe in the free referal model. He spent some time telling me about hard people work at Revolut and that I should not be counting my hours. I didn't get any offer and I got a feeling of the company preferring new graduates willing to work countless hours rather than experienced profiles working "smart".
