I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Revolut (London, England)
Interview
I was approached by a Revolut recruiter on Linkedin offering me a position, and I told him I was interested in another one and he put me in touch with another colleague of his and they sent me the link for the interview. On the day of the interview no one joined the call, after several emails I received no response. I contacted another Revolut recruiter via Linkedin and she told me they were on holiday. The following week I sent them several emails trying to understand what had happened and to schedule the interview, and to date I have not received a reply.

The interviews had multiple rounds and were long and difficult, with a test, live case, an accomplishments round and meeting with senior leadership to assess competence and skillset. The interviews were held with peers from various regions of the business as well.
7-step interview and hiring process. The first interview was with HR involving general questions about my educational and vocational background. The interviewer was friendly and polite. The second interview was with direct supervisor and the regional CFO. They were both well educated and asked more specific questions involving my experience and skills. To the point, polite and comfortable. The next step was a real time problem solving test where the interviewer had difficult English accent (Vietnam maybe??) and I couldn't understand all the instructions. I scored 1 out of the 2 tests so naturally I didn't move to the next phase. Overall, a pleasant experience even though I didn't pass.
Proceso muy largo de más de 7 entrevistas, no son respestuosos con el tiempo de los demás, llegan al menos 15 minutos tarde. Business case tipo consultoría como boston consulting group, mackensie, banca de inversión.
