Nach den meisten Schritten gibt es ein 15-minütiges Catch Up Gespräch mit HR. Der Prozess ist wenig individuell. Es erfolgt nach jedem Schritt eine Einordnung in eine Performance Matrix, die als einziges Kriterium für das finanzielle Angebot genutzt wird. Hierdurch weicht das zu Beginn des Prozesses in Aussicht gestellte Gehalt stark von dem tatsächlichen Offer ab.

Me dijeron que tendría información en una semana y han pasado tres. No contestan al mensaje de seguimiento, realmente me parece que dice muy poco de ellos y mucho de su forma de valorar a los trabajadores.
