I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Fort Collins, CO) in Aug 2012
Interview
Got an email from someone with HR that asked me to complete personality assessment and an aptitude test. Took around two hours and the SAT type questions were challenging. And even though they have your resume (that's why they contacted you in the first place), you are required to complete an entire section regarding past job responsibilities.
But much of it was worthless. Questions about where Princess Di was killed and something about the Berlin wall.
A few days later I received a form email that I was not selected to move forward. A real waste of time and effort.

Question 1
The SAT portion of the online assessment was challenging. I had a 705 GRE last year and still found a few head scratchers on this test.
Immediately got an interview offer. I then did some research on the company and saw how horribly structured the rest of the interview process was, then decided not to move forward.

Interview
I had to take an 30 minute aptitude and arithmetic test beforehand. Then I had someone reach out to me and I had a short phone call interview. They discussed my current job and if the commute would work for me.

Interview
Sent in my resume and a few days later was invited to complete a predictive index which matches my personality greatly. Once that was completed I received a phone call to complete an interview
