Applied online then did the phone interview and then In person interview then back ground check got hired within 1 week. Interview process was pretty fast when compared to other companies.

Do you have previous experience on printing and copying?
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Ricoh (Kingsport, TN)
Interview
The interview was prompt, professional, and was even fun. The Ricoh employers who interviewed me were great listeners and very friendly. Knowing about the company history was helpful and ultimately was something to talk about. Their questions were semi-difficult but doing research the night before was helpful.
Two interviews, went very well and easily. No very challenging or unordinary questions. Very responsive and got an offer within a week of the process. Interviews are site specific to the job so results may vary.
