Interview
I was referred to the company by someone who worked there. I first spoke with HR and the director of CRM over the phone for a quick screen. Then they flew me to Chicago to meet with the director of CRM and went through interviews with a functional consultant, technical consultant, and HR.

Nothing in depth. Some general Salesforce questions to judge my capabilities. Lots of questions about culture and what ive previously done. It was a fairly easy interview process.
