I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Rite Aid (Willingboro, NJ) in Feb 2019
Interview
I received a call about 7 min after my resume submission thru a different site, she left a detailed voicemail about the position and scheduled my interview for the following morning. The interview was with a manager for a different store than where was to be hired and at that interview I was asked to write my own answers in the packet that she was to read from to take note of my answers, the packet of questions generally used during interviews. I thought that was odd and lazy, as a previous Hr rep myself, the applicant isn’t supposed to be doing that not seeing the questions or notes from the interviewer. I was told to come back the next day to interview with the manager for the store I was to work at which I told was off, why didn’t he/she interview me initially? Ok no problem, second interview and he/she wasn’t available for me even tho I was TOLD to come back the next day. It wasn’t organized or handled correctly so I didn’t reschedule and the pay I was quoted was negotiable and very low for a supervisor, it was a little above minimum wage with out benefits for a year.

Question 1
I was barley asked anything, but I was told stories about previous applicants which I thought was rude.
I was interviewed. I do not want to do this and I think that it is absurd that I am forced to do this just to access some features. I was interviewed about 2 yrs ago I do not remember much and I don't care to.
