Interview
Started in English with an introduction of the position. Then I had to introduce myself and give more information regarding my last position. Then we continued in german with organisational questions. Later we switched back to english and discussed possible time for a personal interview.
The interview process consisted of an online application, followed by a behavioural interview with engineering managers. Questions focused on teamwork, problem-solving, technical interests, and past project experience. The interview was conversational and relaxed, with opportunities to discuss university projects and career goals.
The Interviews are led by the departments you apply for. For me it was just a single interview, wich was mainly about the personal fit and my experiences. It's advisable to prepare a presentation about yourself.
1. Online application, via their website.
2. About 2-3 weeks later, receive an email about the interview. It is basically about behaviorial questions, not very technical.
3. 1 week later, receive the result.
