I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Roche (Mumbai)
Interview
The interview was 2 month process with 4 rounds. First they tell u to make ppt and present a case study to BU head and MM. Then there is a round with hr , then asia head then last round with hr head. They never call u post this long process of 2 months and tell you that you are on hold. At least company hr should have decency to call up and let the candidate know the reasons for rejection(area of improvement) after wasting precious office time of condidate. It's brutal and really makes you wonder whether the company that has "MNC" tag is worth it.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Roche in Mar 2024
Interview
They asked about why do you wanna work for Roche? Why would we work for you? They wait a typical answer to the typical questions. Roche values, suporting to healthcare etc.
very good and straight forward process. Two interviews in total, 2 weeks apart. Final decision came very quickly, with the possibility for feedback and direct line of communication (mostly via phone).
