I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Roche (Nutley, NJ) in Sep 2009
Interview
My initial contact was by phone, the recruiteer stated they had an open position and I was located via LinkedIN. After confirming interest and verifying that my interest was real the recruiter then sent a description of the position via e-mail. Within 2 weeks I was scheduled for an interview and met with severla diffferent people at all levels. Potential supervisors, group leaders and associates as well. At the end of the interview process I was informed that they wished to extend me an offer that day. I told them I needed 24 hours to review the offer. I called them the next day to accept the position and negotiated some finer points. HR was open to negotiation as long as it was within reason.

Question 1
The most difficult question I was asked was technically related but not impossible to answer.
I applied online. I interviewed at Roche (Penzberg)
Interview
All good and comfortable. Slightly longer process. Nice people. Travel compensated. Although it took a long time. The process takes atleast 4 months. Be technically prepared. All in all-good but very slow.
Neutral because the interview went very well. The managers genuinely wanted to get to know me and understand my strengths. What I didn’t appreciate was that they moved on to the second stage with other candidates without informing me, so I ended up waiting four weeks for their response, only after following up twice.
First round interview was a series of videos response and written response questions. Each video could be re-recorded three times with a couple of minutes between each question to figure out a response.
