I reported to the HR department and the chaplain manager came down to escort me to the chaplaincy department. I then interviewed with the manager and director of pastoral care for 75 minutes and then spent 75 minutes in another interview with 3 staff chaplains and a PRN chaplain. One of those chaplains currently holds the overnight position for which I was interviewing. She joined us by Zoom. After these two meetings, I returned to HR where I was able to ask an HR representative about any questions I might have about the process.
