I recently had the unfortunate experience of interviewing for a System & Application Engineer position with Swift Netherlands, and I must say that it was one of the most unprofessional and frustrating interview processes I've ever encountered. This review aims to shed light on the complete lack of professionalism displayed by the company during this ordeal. The initial stages of the interview process were promising. I had a positive impression of Swift Netherlands and was genuinely excited about the opportunity. The technical interview, in particular, went well, and I felt confident that I had made a strong case for myself as a candidate. However, that initial enthusiasm quickly turned into disappointment and disbelief. After the technical interview, I was left in the dark. Despite a seemingly successful interview, the interviewer promptly disappeared, failing to provide any feedback or follow-up information. In an era where communication is expected to be prompt and transparent, this level of unresponsiveness is inexcusable. I decided to take the initiative and sent three follow-up emails over the course of several weeks, hoping to gain some insight into the status of my application. To my astonishment, not a single one of these emails received a response. The unprofessionalism and lack of courtesy displayed throughout this process have left me with a sour taste in my mouth. It is evident that they have no respect for the time and effort candidates put into preparing for interviews, nor do they value open and honest communication.
