I felt that all the interviews were based on internal checklist. Intro interview with TA - pretty standard, second with hiring manager and a peer, more difficult but in line with the expectation for the role. Third one with a more senior exec: one of the questions was around how we deal with specific conflicts at my current workplace. The interviewer didn't like the answer so started raising the voice with me. I found this pretty unprofessional and I am glad I was rejected.
