It was quick, they put me in scenarios and you would have to tell them how you would have handled it. They needed to know if you were willing to stand on your feet for lots of hours and if u were ready to provide excellent customer service

If a customer demands a refund on a item that is clearly used. What do you do?
Quick easy and to the point, nothing to difficult to process. In person and during the day. Staff and managers were very helpful and nice to guys through the process

Interview
They called me in for an interview, but the person who was supposed to give me the interview wasn't even scheduled, so they had someone else do the interview instead. The interview went well, and they told me they would call me with the details of when I would start work, but they never called.
