Interview
Heard about the position from my local employment assistance office. The Veterans Representative put in a good word for me and they asked me to apply. Applied online. I had to go to the district office (about 45 miles) for the interview. Interview lasted about an hour with a three person panel. Standard questions about customer service, dealing with upset customers, finding equitable solutions. Offered position on the spot contingent upon passing personality and background checks.

Mainly Behavioral questions with some case studies thrown in. They were very curious regarding my past experiences navigating through tough quotas and how I managed to lead my district into achieving them

HR phone interview then an in person interview with either a store manager of District Manager. If with a Store Manager, then a third interview with a DM. They will let you know something within a week or so.

Interview
The meeting was zoom meetings poorly done. The internet they were using crashed three times in the interview. The interviewer was very nice but poor computer skills. The camera only showed half of her face.
