Straight forward Q&A. Apx 2 hour test on appliances with problems and give solutions. Know your power outlet configurations. HR offered $19/hr. At final interview negotiated $24/hr with interviewer and new would-be boss was happy. I had 10+ years experance.
Corporate said $16.85/hr. Asked if pay was limited to standard annual increases? HR said yes. Great program lower pay more work system. Sears owns A&E. Sears average pay for this position is $22/hr for same work less models to work on.

Process includes background, driving record, and drug screening. Multiple choice tests administered for knowledge and ethics. Informal interview covering ethics and aptitude. Interviewed with two Technical Managers immediately after passing multiple skills tests.
