Interview
I started out as a temporary employee, the interview was not very extensive. The department manager liked my work ethic and asked to stay on as a regular part time employee, I moved on up to Lead Person. When there was an opportunity to move on to a commission department i took a chance and it worked out well for me.

Interview
I received an email from the hiring manager through an internet job board stating that they noticed I was searching for a job and encouraged me to apply. I applied for an apparel position and received a phone call two hours later from Human Resources regarding a possible interview. The interview took place 3 days later. I got there about 15 minutes early and they asked me for my resume. They took one look and asked me if I was interested in working in the footwear dept. because they were short-staffed and I had footwear sales experience. One of the dept. heads then interviewed me asking me basic questions from a packet she had (what made you want to apply?, have you committed a felony, etc.). That took about 10 minutes and then she called in the general manager to continue on with the second half of the interview. She asked me if I'd rather work an hourly position or a base+commission position. I responded and she offered me the job. Since I applied for apparel originally, they had me re-apply online for the footwear position, HR emailed me the new application. I received it about an hour later and I re-applied. I received a formal job offer the next day.

I went through 2 interviews all on the same day. One with their HR rep and another with the Fine Jewelry manager. It was a very easy going interview. I felt comfortable rather than nervous

Interview
If you can fog a mirror you're hired. There are no interviews. If you show up they'll immediately show you your job. NOTE: there a million online questionnaires you need to fill out. They come to your email one day after another. If you don't fill those out (very time consuming) you will not be hired)
