I was hired as a seasonal employee and went through about 3 or 4 interviews. One was very informal at a coffee shop. The next was a group interview. Then with the store manager. And again with the store's assistant manager.
There were multiple interviews for this position. Questions were not hard, just wanted to see if you would be a good fit and your true personality/ skill set. Interviews were with different levels of managers and not much longer than 45 min.

Was called three days after I applied. Had three one on one interviews and had a demo. Demo consisted of working on the floor for an hour while hiring manager watched.

The process overall was quick and easy. Since it was two weeks before Christmas, I got to meet with the Store Director, General Manager and one of the Lead Managers. They asked about my past experiences and it was not at all scary.
