Interview
Went really well, felt like I was talking to a friend. Had a over the phone interview with the current Store Director and then my second interview was with the District Manager in person. Felt very welcoming in both interviews. I was offered the position and accepted the offer presented.

Tell me how you combat shrink in your current position?
The interview process was very easy going and comfortable. Everyone was friendly and I didn't feel out of place. I had 2 separate interviews with two separate managers and they were both very nice.

First try interview to be specialist and manager was nice to me. Talk a lot of detail working process and daily job duty. Also, there were 3 rounds of interview.
