Signpost Entry Level Sales Development Representative interview questions

Started and ENDED with only a brief 15 minutes phone interview. Spoke with a recruiter from HR. The interview started with a glorified description of a cold-calling position so be on your guard for that. They explained the position as placing "high volume calls to prospective clients..." After that, the recruiter started asking me a couple of typical questions: Why do you want this job? Are you confident on the phone? etc... After playing along throughout the phone call, the recruiter told me that I'd be receiving a call within the next couple of days. A few days have passed, so I send an email to the recruiter... 2 weeks later, NO RESPONSE OR CALL!!! Beware of HR in this place, they are completely unorganized and disrespectful. I highly value my time and hate wasting it. I could and should have moved on sooner but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. HUGE MISTAKE!
