Interview
Phone screen and then four sets of interviews with a number of people in the client services group and leader of the digital transformation group, followed by a mock pitch for a project that I had previously won/worked on.

Focused on client management approach, and in particular how I might go about selling additional services into an account that I was involved in. In addition, spoke about scope management and how to resolve scope disconnects.
