Hands down the best interview process I have ever experienced. I had clear expectations after my first screen of what the process would look like and felt supported by the recruiter throughout the process. Turnaround time for feedback/updates on next steps was lightning fast. Every interview I had painted a very clear picture of the incredible culture at Slalom - integrity, authenticity, and kindness.

Phone screen, interview w/ hiring manager, skip level manager, and 2x skip manager. Mostly conversational interviews past the hiring manager. The recruiter described the role well and all the managers were very kind.

Interview
They called me to inform me that I was not selected for the position, stating they had moved forward with another candidate. However, they later reposted the same job listing. At best, this reflects poor HR practices; at worst, it suggests the job may be fake or a "ghost" position. I am deeply disappointed with their handling of the situation.
The interview process was very quick and seamless. I had a phone interview followed by 3 in person interviews and received an offer right on the spot. My recruiter stayed in touch throughout the process ensuring ease.
