I was first interviewed by an internal recruiter who had checked resume facts, Then I was interviewed by the Practice Lead for OE. This was a best interview of my life! The culture of Slalom emanated from this professional and I was hooked! The questions asked were meaningful and thought provoking. I asked the interviewer to give me a current challenge faced by a client and as I started to draw out a framework, they got up and together we brainstormed the work on the whiteboard and high-fived at the end of it! Brilliant leadership that left me wanting to join then and there. Be prepared, but be you. I think Slalom is very much about "fit" more than knowledge, because they have the talent to coach and teach you.
