Disorganized. I was asked the same coding question multiple times by different engineers, and everyone seemed thrown off when I said I already answered. It was a pretty average software interview process on Hackerrank.
First round was behavioral and the second round was focused on a coding interview. Final round was a series of behavioral and coding interviews with several team members.
