Absolutely horrible experience - worse experience in my 20 y career. I was referred and recruiter contacted me very quickly. The conversation with recruiter took 1 hour, during this time she did not spend even 2 minutes describing the role (forget about trying to sell it). Recruiter was very nice but totally clueless, could not answer most of questions, was 100% focused on being able to "present" my profile to the hiring manager. There was no follow up at all.
