Two rounds of interviews. The first round was average in difficulty and basic Java and spring boot questions were asked. The second round was discussions with manager who discussed the project and company profile at length and, at the end, gave a puzzle to solve. After having been selected, the HRs took a month to come back for compensation negotiations. When they did, they were suprised that I wanted to renegotiate my initial demands based on a new offer I had. It was almost as if they expected for me to sit idle for a month while serving my notice period and wait for their offer to arrive. The interview rounds themselves were conducted timely but afterwards the HR communications were painstakingly slow and negative.
