Specialized Bicycle Components Interview Questions

Started with a recruiter, followed up by a director, both in the USA and both took around 30-45 minutes. Everything was fine, both interviews went well. At the end of the second interview, I hear the director say that the recruiter would contact me for following up with the next steps. After four days I sent an email to the recruiter asking about the status. Interestingly, eight days later I received an automated email saying that my process is terminated. I did not expect this as the last interview was pretty positive.

The Recruiter is located in Portland Maine. Terrible candidate experience. When I shared my salary expectations she said you should have more experience when I have 9 years of experience and a master's degree. I think she may have discriminated against me and had made up her mind because of my ethnicity.

The interview process was typical. After applying I quickly heard from a recruiter via phone. After my phone interview he went ahead and set me up with a zoom interview with the hiring manager.

Good overall experience, but the recruiting team seemed slightly unorganized and changed the interview schedule multiple times. Lots of typical interview questions, minimal design-related questions. The marketing staff I interviewed with were all kind and seemed more interested in how you work vs. design skills, inspiration, process, etc.

Personal and friendly interview process, with straight forward and relevant questions on past experience. Invitation to meet other team members before offer was made - seemed like a positive working environment!

3 Phone interviews + 1 onsite visit. Probably spoke to at least 10 individuals. The interviews were generally technical in nature but by the end of 4 it felt like we had discussed a huge variety of topics.

I had a connection that knew the recruiter. I had a series of 3 interviews. Each one was casual and informative. The questions were technical but presented in a way that was easy to understand.

it's a technical interview 2 interviewers, very nice they will warm you up, walk you through, so no need to worry about it, just try your best and be eager to discuss

Typical interviews, starting with a phone screening and then more in depth. Most the questions were what you would expect from an interview, but not many were specific to design.
