Walked in and waited around for the Manager to be able to talk to him. Filled out a bunch of forms and took the drug test in the office (mouth swab). Was hired the same day. Relatively easy.

They asked me standard interview questions... why do you want to work here? Tell me about yourself? What goals do you have for the future? Any plans to go back to school? etc.

Pretty simple questions about the position and yourself. It was a one on one interview that lasted about 10 minutes and I was offered the job on the spot. No drug test were done.

Interview
It was on hiring day so I just showed up and waited my turn for an interview. The manager was there and asked about my availability and work experience. We had a pretty good conversation about how he got a job at Sprouts. He said since I was going for a job in the front of the store that he would have to give my application to another manage and that he would be calling people by the end of the week and I never got a call.
Was a simple interview. Just asked why I wanted to work at sprouts. What was my strenths and weaknesses. Then did a drug test swab and that was pretty much it.
