I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Standard Chartered Bank (New Delhi) in Feb 2016
Interview
It was easy simple. the interview was a campus interview for me. overall the process was simple and the best part was that things were explained and conveyed properly. panel asked straight question and checked our skills to handle the situation and how well we are explaining things. only advice will be to be soft and crisp.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Standard Chartered Bank (Changi Village, ) in Mar 2024
Interview
Travelling all the way to Changi bussiness park & interview with one HR physically, 3 managers remotely via zoom meeting.
Why not just arrange an online meeting since 3 out of 4 are not even here physically.
And when I show my rewards & certificates, managers are trying to say I’m not good enough, if I’m not good enough why am I even getting this interview chance? They just want to lower your salary & expectations.
Just be confident, you are good.
