Interview
It was smooth and went at a good pace. It was not awkward at all and the interviewers were friendly and Professional at the same time. They started talking about their firm and then I took over by talking about me and my experiences.
The interview was pretty relaxed. I was interviewed by a project director and he was very friendly. I spent around 5 mins talking about my portfolio and then he asked me some questions.

Reached out for interview scheduling around 3 weeks after I applied online through the portal. The interview was very relaxed and friendly with 3 other members of their team. It was online over teams.

It started with me introducing a bit about myself and then talking through my portfolio. They also cared which software was used for each project. At they end they asked why I wanted to work with them and why NYC.
