      I applied online and did the P&L test and basic math and personality tests. Which was amazing compaired to other online applications they walk you through and tell you about the company.ITS GREAT!!! then 2 days later i recieved a email and a week later a phone interview with the recruiter. We set up a time then for a 2 pannel DM meeting a week later it was read from a script but it was your basic STARS interview questions and they were so nice and funny. they helped me realize I realy want this job. Fom there it was the waiting game for the last 2 weeks now i have a one on one with a store manager today to see more about the company and to ask any questions. WISH ME LUCK!! Questions like: How do you handle a group of employees to do what you ask? How do you train your staff?Give a time when you were proud of that you helped sales or a team member to exceed?How do you handle a angry customer?Give a time when you had to choose sales or a customer? they are your typical behaviorl questions.

      Two district sanagers interviewing over Microsoft Teams. Extensive, heavy "STAR" use required in questions with follow up questions from interviewers. 5 questions for me but our interview went nearly an hour, overall friendly.

      You first have a screen with the recruiter, and she sets up time to speak with you. If you pass that, you get sent to the DM and interview with that DM and another DM and then usually decision after that.
