Interview
Recruiter contacted me through LinkedIn. We spoke on the phone for 10-15 minutes. Met with the hiring manager (local) for 30-minute on-site interview. Standard questions were asked. The had 30-40 minute phone interview with hiring manager's boss (not local). Recruiter checked in with me after each interview - which I appreciated greatly.

Both interviewers were concerned that with my experience that I wouldn't like being an individual contributor when I had been a manager in my previous company.
We always try to be as thorough as possible with communication throughout the interview process. It's great to hear that your recruiter stayed in touch with you through every step of the interview process.
