Three phone interviews: first with talent recruitment, next two with department managers. Finally, one on-site interview with department managers and team members. All of the interviews were conducted with a welcoming balance of being professional and friendly, respectful of my interest in the position and informative of working at Stericycle. After each interview I was more knowledgeable of the position and company. My respect for Stericycle increased during every discussion.
