Stevens Transport Interview Questions

The first interview was the phone screen, they did not email me to schedule the phone screen time but just called me one morning. Then there is an online assessment. Second interview was on site, interviewing with the team members.

Quick and Easy. They responded fast. The recruiter was willing to work with me on my application work history. The where very transparent about the hiring process. Wanted to talk more about pay. Have a list of questions for them.

It was Awesome, easy and simple. It was like talking to a friend . He understood where I came from and gave me all the info I needed to move forward with cdl training

Was reached out to via text. Then was scheduled phone interview, followed by Zoom interview and finally employees assessment with typing tex. The process was streamlined. Follow up has been fast

There are three parts to the interview process. initial interview- Phone company introduction Second interview- In person meet with Head of department . Third Interview- Meet with direct manager and lead supervisor Offer Letter

Easy-going. They were really nice and made me feel comfortable. I believe they will be an amazing company to work for.They offer growth and benefits. They also offer a work life balance.

Very professional and in person. I spoke with 2 different and thought things went relatively good until the question about working on call at times. Then I felt like nothing would change their minds.

Pertinent information such as expected work schedule we’re not discussed. ST has a minimum “worked hours” requirement that is over 40/week for all employees. This was not Advised to me at any point during the interview process nor was it included in my offer letter. In addition the position title that I was recruited for is not what was placed on my employee file.

They came to my school while training to get my CDL and provided us with all the company information, along with other companies, however they are very helpful with thorough additional on the job training, then followed up with individual interviewing. It was easy and stress free. They are willing to invest in me to be able to become a driver for them. It was a pleasant experience.

Didn’t interview but was sent an email that they would not be considering me because of my salary expectations. I felt my expectations were reasonable and if not, they could have been negotiated, but I guess… Furthermore, I strangely appreciated the quick status update. No one likes to wait or never hear back about not being considered.
