It was very casual and the questions were easy and centered around common sense. They look for people who are able to get to the store and do mediocre work as they don’t expect anyone to be super stars
The process was very simple and not complicated at all. You apply online and you interview in person. They may ask you questions about your work history and availability as well.

Interview
I applied online. The application included an online test about what you would do in certain situations. After taking an online test, I received a call for an interview. Then a few days later, I met with the store manager and We discussed my availability. One interview only and I was offered the job at the end of the interview. Quick turnaround, painless process.
