Interview
15 minute behavioural then a 20-minute case. Interviewers were very personable and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. The case was medium difficulty. They don't care how much time you take to brainstorm so take your time. It's more about how you approach the problem.

Interview
The interview process took significantly longer than expected, and communication throughout was slow and inconsistent. Updates were infrequent, and response times made it difficult to stay engaged. A more structured timeline and clearer communication would greatly improve the candidate experience.
