I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Stryker in Mar 2011
Interview
Interview process was:
-Initial phone screening
-In person interview with the HM, their directer and the HR rep
-Gallup interview
-Follow Up
-Offer
Overall, a positive experience. The HR rep was quite friendly and helpful. The Gallup interview was by far the hardest part of the process. It's a tough interview and Stryker weighs its result heavily. This could quite frustrating for a well qualified candidate but who doesn't "fit" the Strkyer mould.
Long but HR representative is very supportive. 5 stages of interviews from HR to managers to tech interviews etc. The whole Stryker team is very respectful and responsive which is rare and they actually get back to you if you don’t get it.
There was an initial phone interview after the application which was quick and straight forward. Then followed by the Gallup test and then to the later stages. It appears they then hired internally as I was informed they "had filled the role"

Question 1
Where do you see yourself in the role after 5 years.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Stryker in Jul 2025
Interview
Had a phone screening, then a 30min 1-on-1 with the hiring manager, completed the Gallup assessment, then had 4 30min 1-on1’s with individuals I would interface with. Didn’t end up getting the job in the end, but the company was very responsive and the process overall was pleasant and went smoothly.
