Interview
The interview process was very lengthy in total it took 3 months for one position. I interviewed for multiple positions however I was told by each manager they wanted someone with at least 5 years of experience. I finally received an offer on a job out of state. The background check process was extremely detailed and I was even questioned about exact start and end dates of previous positions.

The Gallup interview was good but strange just a person on the other end of a phone asking you questions.

Interview
simple it went pretty smooth. They just asked basic questions to get a gist of what you’re talking about and just about who you are. Stay alert and stay focus.
There are four stages of interviews. First is with HR, second is with hiring manager, third takes place with a third party company that gives you a personality test and last is an on site interview
Straightforward interview process, asking about my background in validation, process engineering and more. No trick questions. Need to be able to sell your background as a fit for the role and the company
