The interview process began at the application stage. I submitted my application than waited for about three weeks. After this time, I received an email telling me that I had gained a position as an independent contractor. After the paperwork, it was on to the tutorials.

pretty simple process. Was just interviewed through email. They sent me an email to ask about my interest and levels of answering questions. I also had to answer a few questions as a test.
