Interview
Looked over my resume and asked when I could start (previous Subway experience). I dressed for the interview which is always a good idea even for a company such as this. If you have any sort of fast-food experience, Subway has a use for you. Be prepared to talk to the store manager who has other things to do besides talk to you.
Very simple and straightforward. Normal questions like availability, have you worked in food service before, etc. I think it depends on location though since friends at other locations have had more substantive or less substantive interviews.
Straightforward and professional with typical fast food interview questions. Friendly and easy to talk to interviewers. Reasonable length and in person made it more comfortable. Great experience and easy interview.
Was pretty average hospitality interview process, focus on customer service in a fast paced environment, how to deal with stress, team work/ collaboration, company values, and your past experience. and availability etc.
