1. Applied online
2. Phone screening fro 30 mins
3. 2:1 with 2 directors for 30 mins
4. 1:1 with director for 30 mins
5. Excel test: data analysis, business case analysis; given 30 minutes
Pretty easy, behavioural questions. not many technicals, had three interviews, first with talent acquisition, second with the team, and third with the teams manager. Had the offer within a week of the interviews.
2 rounds multiple people. Scenario based , experience related. How to handle different situations . Not too hard. Explain how to handle adhoc requests along with regular job requirements and tasks
Friendly and respectful, they don't ask questions directly from the resume, but use their own experience as examples and ask for yours, or your opinions. Feels like a good talk but I didn't get the job.
