      I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Support.com in Jul 2013

      Interview

      Submitted application online emailed for availability to do interview, interviewer called at the appointed time. Very smooth process. Basic interview questions and yes/no questions about availability. Mainly wanted to know how you would handle upset or angry customers. Asked to explain time you turned a bad customer experience into a positive one
