I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Susquehanna International Group in Feb 2011
Interview
The hiring process consisted of 2 phone interviews and an on-site interview. The two phone interviews lasted approximately 30 minutes and consisted of probability questions and a couple of personality type questions. The first interview was with HR people and was quite relaxed. The second interview was with a trader. The final on-site interview was with a trader and HR person and lasted about 90 mins. The probability questions can be difficult in some cases. The best advice is to take your time and think logically and explain your thought processes. Tips are given to help you solve the problems if you are stuck.
