Over the phone interview with recruiter but be careful they will set you for orientation have you drive hundreds miles away just to tell you you're not qualified and leave the premise. Worst company ever!

I got aan offer took drug test and past got sent hundreds miles away for orientation past the road test only to get told I don't qualify without a valid reason why. They did not reimburse me for my gas or pay me for that one day orientation. Swift is heartless
