Interview
Fill out application and take assessment tests online prior to any communication. After about 48 hrs you receive an email to schedule your interview. Time slots are limited as they interview many people each day. The interview is fairly simple, they ask about your previous experience, hypothetical questions to see how you handle customers, expectation of the position and what each party is looking for. After the interview, they will contact you within 72 hrs in regards to the position and start dates

I wouldn't consider any of the questions difficult, but the majority are hypothetical or based on a previous situation at work so you do need to be quick thinking at the interview. Have ideas of Scenarios you can use as examples.

Had 2 interviews, star method interviews, they would notify you if you got the role. Had to wait few months to start training. Can be stressful, asking for money over the phone, and training only covers most common outcomes.
