Unprofessional and Complete waste of time.
I applied online for the job. Received an email from the recruiter, we scheduled a meeting. The result of the meeting was they will be sharing my CV with the manager and by the end of the day they will comeback with the next steps of the process. I didn't hear from them ever again.
I have send them multiple emails since I was interested, but didn't receive an answer, which reflects that there is no respect for the candidates.
The process included a take home coding project, one pair coding session, one database design interview, and one behavioral with the CTO. The process lasted about 1 month for me.
