Talkspace Interview Questions

Easy, guided through the process well. Plenty of information given and direction of how th process will move forward. Simple straight forward i do not know what else to write to reach thirty words

There was only one interview. It was fairly casual and laid back. They did not ask the “normal” clinician interview questions. It was more of a conversation-style type of interview.

There was an initial phone screen with a recruiter, a call with hiring manager, skills assessment followed by call to review the assessment, final culture fit interview followed by the decision/offer if applicable.

The process was fast during the process for interview. Actually was not formal interview. Now heading to on boarding a day after providing my interest email. I was given document to understand the services provided and possible compensation. Again, now I have to upload my answer prove that I have supervision, prove of liability insurance, documents for state license and complete background check.

The phone call was quick and a high-level overview of the position, the expectations, the team dynamics and the culture . The interviewer was friendly and to the point. Call started and ended on time

Straightforward process- I first met with the hiring manager (after speaking with a recruiter), then had 2 peer interviews, and a final interview with the hiring manager. In the final interview we reviewed a set of data and analysis that I was asked to do ahead of time.

The interview process was very thorough. I had an opportunity to engage with different members of Talkspace’s people team by phone, video, and email. The communication was very clear and open and most importantly comfortable. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Very smooth and organized, I genuinely enjoyed speaking to everyone.

Very structured process which was explained well by a young man at the beginning who seemed to actually know about the tech stack and the position which is rare these days, about 2-3 days in between steps. By the end I was excited for the role, I did not receive an offer but they did a decent job of explaining the pros and cons and I would apply again in the future, it seems like a promising place to work.

I've never been through such a bizarre and negative interview process. After several good conversations with a recruiter and other team members I was ghosted. I followed up several times and never heard anything.

I met with a recruiter. Told me they were excited to interview me. I got radio silence from them for 3 weeks, despite reaching out multiple times. Then I received a generic "no thanks" email.
